The Roadmap to Building Culture in the Age of AI was Explored at TAYSAD Talent Management Conference!
The 7th Talent Management Conference, hosted by the Automotive Suppliers Association of Türkiye (TAYSAD), focused on the theme of "Building Culture in the Age of AI". The event highlighted important topics, such as the effective use of artificial intelligence in recruitment processes, talent acquisition, the transformation of human resources and culture, and generational conflicts in the workplace.
Esteemed speakers led insightful sessions throughout the day. Süreyya Ciliv, Chairman of Kuika, System Optima, and System Capital, presented on “The Path to Success in the Global Business World”. This was followed by Ahu Bade Özkan, CEO of Hiringcycle.ai, who addressed the audience with her presentation on “The Effective Use of AI in Recruitment Processes”.
The panel "Generational Duel", moderated by Murat Ayabakan, President of AISIN Turkey, the panel included Zeynep Ege Dura, CMO of Edenred Marketing, Serkan Fatih Küçük, Senior Account Manager at IFS, and Atakan Demir, Co-Founder of Creatiful.
The second half of the conference kicked off with a presentation by Prof. Dr. Deniz Kılınç, Director of Software and AI Technologies and CTO of Norm Digital, titled “Talent Acquisition in the Age of AI”. The event continued with Ceren Ertem Çimen, People, Culture, and Transformation Leader at Türk Traktör, who presented “The Agile Transformation of Human Resources and Culture”.
In the closing session, Murat Bülbül, Deputy General Manager (Finance and Administrative Affairs) at Toyota Automotive Industry Turkey, delivered a presentation on “Sustainable Culture”. The conference concluded with an engaging play by Selim Yener and Edib Çakır from Piyesahne Kurumsal titled “1 or 0, That is the Question: A Story About the Future of Human and AI Collaboration".
