TAYSAD has successfully completed the third term of its “WE ASSEMBLE EQUITY (FEYÇ)” Project. The closing meeting began with the opening of an inspiring art exhibition created in collaboration with SUSAKO using production waste from Aisin, and continued with the sharing of the project’s contributions to participating companies. Throughout the event, important insights were presented on companies’ transformation journeys in the fields of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
The FEYÇ III Term Closing Meeting was held with strong participation at the TOSB Conference Hall. The opening speech was delivered by Ahu Serter, Vice President of the TAYSAD Board of Directors and Co-Chair of the FEYÇ Project. Representatives from Aisin, Cevher, Dönmez Debriyaj, and Ecoplas shared their experiences throughout the project and the impact it created within their organizations. Bahar Taşkın Öztürk, Founder of the İNAN Association, highlighted the importance of fostering an inclusive corporate culture during her special session on “Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.” FEYÇ Consultant Ebru Nihan Celkan also evaluated the achievements gained throughout the process and elaborated on the critical elements that strengthen organizational transformation.
One of the most notable parts of the event was the “Men Talk” panel, featuring sector representatives discussing the development of equality culture in workplaces and the roles men can play in this transformation. The program concluded with a networking session and a cocktail reception.
TAYSAD remains committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within the automotive supply industry through the FEYÇ Project and will continue working to expand the project’s impact across the sector.
